I would not recommend trusting Upack with your belongings if you value your things at all.While I was in the very final stage of loading my moving container, it started to rain. Despite the door being fully closed and locked, Upack's container leaked, and everything inside got wet. When I briefly reopened the pod to add the last few items and realized my belongings were getting soaked, I had no choice but to *completely* unload the entire container (at night, in the rain.)The next day, I called to cancel the service and was told there would be a $150 cancellation fee. After pushing back and reiterating that the container had leaked and damaged my stuff, they eventually backed off and waived the fee, but offered no apology or compensation for the wasted time, stress, or damage to my items.While I had thankfully packed most things in plastic tubs, the products for my small business (which come in cardboard boxes) were badly affected.Overall, this experience was extremely stressful and expensive and Upack did *nothing* to make it right. I strongly recommend going with another moving company (at the very least one that meets the bare-minimum criteria of keeping your stuff dry when you're trying to move it!)
I recently made two interstate moves with U Pack. Their service was very professional and went smoothly and safely. Communication with the company was easy. No matter who I spoke with they were well informed about the moves and able to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company.
I moved from Utah to Missouri and drivers were kind on both sides of the trip. It was easy to do everything online. The trucks were dropped off and picked up exactly when they said and prices were the best I found. They also made the drive in winter where other companies charged a premium for winter trips through the Rockies.
This service is amazing! Every person I spoke with from Upack was friendly and willing to help in any way they could. My truck arrived to Missouri the Friday before Christmas. I called Friday morning and the truck was delivered to our new house before end of day! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.
We’ve moved more times than I care to admit, and this is by far THE BEST company we have ever used!! The trailer arrived a day earlier than it was supposed to, our belongings weren’t damaged, and customer service was great!! The driver at our destination (Joe) was amazing! He did everything he could to park the trailer in a spot that would work best for us, even though we had very limited space. And, he even came back THE SAME afternoon to pick the trailer back up because it only took us a few hours to unload!Hopefully we never have to move again. But if we do, this is the only company we will use! Thank you, U-Pack! And thank you, Joe!!
