I called College Hunks today due to needing a quick move. I called and got an appointment ASAP. Luke and Ricky came and said show us the way . We pointed them into what to take and they moved like they moved like Flash. Before I knew it they were done. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable most of all quick. I will definitely be using them again
Really nice crew but they were 3 hours late. When I checked in the first time, I was told we were the next stop. Two hours later, no one still showed up. We called a second time, and they had stopped for lunch and they were ten minutes away - we didn’t see them for another hour. You have to eat, but proper notification would have been helpful.Then price they gave us when they got there was more than I was initially told…
Issac and his teammates (sorry I don't remember the other 2 guys names??) were the best!!! My husband passed away unexpectedly two months ago and these guys helped me and my daughters downsize our storage unit today. They were very professional and kept us laughing throughout an emotional time of having to get rid of a lot of memorable items. And the icing on the cake, my car wouldn't start when we were about to leave, Issac gave my car a jump start! I will definitely be using them again!
I want to give a huge shout out to Ricky and Luke for making my move into my new home an incredible experience. From start to finish, these two were the definition of professional. They showed up ready to work, communicated every step of the way, and handled my belongings with the kind of care you’d expect from someone moving their own family. Nothing got rushed, nothing got damaged, and they kept a positive attitude the entire time even when the job got tough. Ricky and Luke turned what should have been a stressful day into a smooth, easy process. College Hunks should be proud to have them on the team. They deserve every bit of recognition coming their way. Five stars isn’t enough.
College Hunks of Columbia did a wonderful job! We were very nervous considering how a different franchise location handled the loading of our moving truck. The employees of another location were nice and courteous, but not very knowledgeable or smart when it came to packing. The guys in Columbia were nice, courteous AND knowledgeable. They handled my prized possessions as if they were their own. They completely redeemed my faith in the company as a whole. Thank you for a job well done (and go train the guys in South Florida how to do a better job).
