We had a great experience with our packers, Mike & Matt. They were professional, punctual, and worked very efficiently from start to finish. Everything was packed carefully and organized in a way that made unpacking much easier. Their attention to detail and positive attitude helped make a stressful move feel much smoother. Highly recommend!
Our moving company was fantastic. Brian and Phionah Moore, our packers, were incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the moving and packing process. They answered any questions my wife and I had and were extremely thorough and proficient in taking care of our belongings. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring that nothing was damaged and asking for clarification on any items they were unsure about. If they are selected to pack your home, you’re in good hands.

This company should be investigated for theft. We were missing items that were packed in original packaging. We paid over $2000 for insurance, giving them over 17,000 total for our international move. We were told and have in email that we had 5 days to report missing items. Now they are telling us that we had to check them as the items were delivered. This task would have been extremely as there were 7 people moving boxes off the truck. It was also raining, which would have compromised my belongings. They offered us an embarrassing amount of $60 when we have lost hundreds of dollars due to missing and broken items. We declared some of these items too before they even started packing. They don’t give their employees sufficient time to complete the tasks necessary to do the job correctly. Our inventory was listed very vague so we couldn’t give them an exact package number on what was missing. One thing is for certain. WE ARE MISSING ITEMS. MOST OF WHICH WERE PACKED LAST and were in the original boxes making it easy for them to picked through. Horrible experience!! I’ll add the items that were missing and some that are broken
