VanEx Moving was introduced to me years ago by a high-end furniture shop owner. He trusted only VanEx for its excellent delivery of the wide array of his furniture and arts items. VanEx’s owner, Sam, delivered and assembled my furniture in such excellent manner. And when the time came for me and my family to move for the first time in 2019, I contacted Sam who organized a very synchronized plan for the two separate locations of the moves. As expected, VanEx took care of all our possessions with great care and protection.I had to move again in July 2024 and wondered if Sam will recognize me and respond to my call after a 5-year-gap. Sam not only laid out the moving process, he also asked any need I have that he can help with. The intricacies of moving my possessions from my condominium unit and the lowest level where my storage is located, to another city and detached home with steep stairs, were dealt with delicate and gentle care by Sam and his crew. Sam supported me throughout the process, treating me like family, and protected my possessions like they were precious gems. Sam and his crew are professional and well experienced, and also very warm in their personalized service. VanEx restored my confidence in such stressful life event. I was not just a customer, I was family!In closing, the building manager told me later that with all the many moving companies he deals with, VanEx is the best in all ways.
