The moving process in general felt super smooth and I truly appreciate that. Davon and Devin were great, very kind, good energy, professional, and handled my belongings with lots of care ????I do want to mention a couple of things for future customers to be aware of. During the drive between locations, there was a brief stop for food and a slightly longer route taken, which I wasn’t informed about at the time. Since the move is billed hourly, clearer communication around this would have been appreciated.Additionally, the final cost ended up being significantly higher than the initial estimate I was given over the phone, which was very unexpected. While the service itself was good, I’d recommend the company to provide more accurate estimates upfront so customers can plan accordingly.Overall, solid moving crew and service, but some improvements could be made around pricing transparency and communication.
Larry and Joseph were very efficient and respectful of both homes and the furniture I needed moved. They were great to work with and I appreciate their attention to details whenever they were taking apart and reassembled the furniture at the new house.
Kendall and Jarvaine did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs moving services. Kendall was on point, punctual and great to work with as the lead onsite contact and driver for our move from Charlotte to the Tampa area. Kendall has excellent customer service skills and has a great disposition for working in what might otherwise be a very stressful situation for people moving. Jarvaine was Kendall’s right hand man and was super polite and respectful during the entire process, making sure that all our belongings were handled and placed in our desired locations at the new house in Florida. Jarvaine was particularly helpful when we asked for a few last minute furniture rearrangements. Also want to mention how efficient and respectful the Charlotte team including a fellow named Ramirez were in getting us packed and loaded onto the truck. We are delighted with All My Sons service, from the beginning working with Tommy to get the process started all the way through the end in getting the payments closed out with the customer service team. I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to move.
Crew was on time and very friendly. House was recently renovated and painted and they took extra care in moving some large heavy items from garage to second floor bathroom. Price was very reasonable and will be using them again. Highly recommend this company.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS******Negative on all aspects. Was quoted $670. With no hidden fees. Drivers SHOWED UP by around 8:37am. Took about 25 minutes assessing the packages that were already ready packed up. One of the drivers must’ve had been having a Roid rage because he was Pissed off the whole time. Slamming packeges, listened to a podcast while working and just taking there sweet time. “Keep in mind, they broke belongings and the warranty is only .60 cents a pound”Once they finally finished in slow motion with packing up the truck.. I said I will meet you at the drop off location. Google maps said ETA was 16 minutes. They took 40. I was charged for that excess sweet ol time they took. Probably lunch break.I was quoted 3 hours for $670. They finally make it to the drop. Ask for my CC information on a piece of paper, the driver calls the company on speaker phone and the guy says put “me” on the phone.At this point he says the drivers need another hour, to finish unloading. Complete scam, forced payment of $880 due to the extra time. This was then worst customer service I’ve had.Jamal or whatever his name was, said the truck takes 45 minutes because it’s not a coupe convertible and doesn’t go fast. I went under speed limit waiting for them, and they showed up 45 minutes after I arrived at the drop of location. With a scratched and dented washer and dryer, which were the heaviness of the items. Broken personal belongings, like glass frames, fixtures and kids toys, TV almost falls on unloading on the middle of the street.(No warped belongings, no tape for protection, nothing. Just slow price gauging service)AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL DISASTER!!! Careless people… I should’ve gone with Good Greek, they literally said most companies do this.
