Was very pleased with the professionalism that I got from Allied , Jay and Breanna were great with any help I needed. Pick up and delivery were great. The only thing I was not happy about was that it went over 11 days from promise date for delivery. This caused a lot of cost and unnecessary expense for me at delivery address, especially when I had booked this move over 3 months in advance.
Estimator Jay, packing crew under Eddie, driver Antonio and both load and unload crews were great. All our art work and the flat TV were handled/packed with great care Reserving review until office staff helps resolve damage to a wall in the house we left and repair/replace a floor lamp damaged in transit. Emails bring no response from office. Update: impossible process to make a claim for property damage
Allied Vans went above and beyond to make our cross country move as seamless as possible. Jay, Joe and Kim went above and beyond to accommodate our unique timing/moving needs and delivered great customer service. In addition, the moving and delivery men were friendly and went out of their way to take good care of our items- and we had a lot of fragile items! They were on time, friendly and I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a short or far distanced move!
