I used them twice. Managers are friendly and efficient. First time was great. Everything went perfectly with the minor bumps and scratches one should expect. But they were very careful and friendly. Second time we got a different crew and they were terrible. As soon as they started moving furniture we started hearing loud bangs on the floor. At one point I asked and one of them said "It sounds worse than it is". I was painting the house and remodeling a bathroom and both contractors came to me saying these guys were horrible as they saw them dragging the furniture on the wood floors instead of picking it up and moving it. Then they dropped one of the pieces down the stairs. I asked them to be careful with the stairs and one of them said that the paper (that the painter had put on the stairs) would protect the stairs from it. After I lifted the paper I could see the deep marks they left when they dropped the furniture on one of the steps. One of the metal box springs actually fell from the top of the stairs to the bottom (through the middle void) and obviously chipped a tile and made a deep dent on one of the walls. Terrible! At this point I called the main office to ask what I should do with all the damage they were causing. They said they would call me back. When I confronted one of the crew members about the scratches on the floor after dragging the furniture on it he said the floors were already like that. Mind you the scratches are long and clearly show the furniture being dragged from the room to the hallway. I also had witnesses thank god because otherwise it would have been their word against mine. I am still waiting for a call from them about the damages. Will call them today.
But beware what crew you get! The first one, the good one, was Roberto I think. A latin crew, looked like a family. I don't remember the second crew's name. Three black guys. I had them just leave all the furniture in the garage of the new house. I didn't want to risk damaging the new house.

C&C Movers moved my furniture and belongings from a condo to a house. They arrived early, did the job quickly, while ensuring all our belongings were properly wrapped in moving blankets, tape, and plastic. I can't say enough at what a great job they did. The price and service is unbeatable.

The truck with 2 great guys came on time and worked without any delays from start to finishing up at our new place. There was a 3 hour minimum which worked out well for us.

For our second time moving with C&C Shipping I only have great things to say about them. I have only seen the workers to be organized, well trained and care about good service.
