Great company and experience. Highly recommended over pods or the big guys. Customer service was 10x better, nice, always answer the phone, talk to a local english speaker every time. Fair and easy to schedule with. Great job on delivery. I have very steep driveway no issues.
First, I would have rated them 4.5 stars as opposed to 4 but that wasn't an option. We rented a 16 x 8 pod from Storage Valet to use during a remodel. We liked the fact that we could either leave it at our house, or store at their climate controlled warehouse in Corona. They also offer an option to visit it at their warehouse if you need to get any items that you may have stored. We used the service for 7 months with 4 of those being at their facility. Dealing with Katie over the phone was great and their drivers were very good about placing & leveling the pod with minimal fuss. The reason I would rate them 4.5 vs 5 is that there were a few billing issues and a scheduling mis-communication but both were resolved quickly without argument. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
