The movers were very very patient and kind with us moving my father in law and they were very thorough and the communication was always good throughout the move we would highly recommend the 5 star scale isn't enough!! JD and Isaiah were an awesome team! They completed my move pleasantly and efficiently. Due to their hard work, the move was done quickly and took exactly the quoted amount of time. Moving is always stressful, but I am very pleased with my experience today with 1/2 Price Movers.
We’ve had several experiences with Half Price Movers that were okay. Our family is nuts and has moved storage units/houses several times in the last several years because they can’t decide what they want, but my personal last experience wasn’t great with several items damaged and snark from one of the movers when my boyfriend gave a $50 tip to each for two and half hours of work and I gave them ice cold electrolytes to drink. The guy didn’t know we heard him, but he described him as cheap. My boyfriend is a disabled veteran on a fixed income and $50 per person felt generous. It really left a bad taste in my mouth and I personally won’t use Half Price again. Well today we are moving my grandma. One of the guys showed up and he absolutely reeks of weed. Look I don’t care what you do in the comfort of your home when you aren’t at work, but it’s really unprofessional and inappropriate to be representing a company and handling people’s belongings in such a state. Maybe I’m a wet blanket, or maybe I just don’t want our stuff to get messed up again and then be called cheap again. I guarantee you my grandma isn’t about to tip $50 each! Overall I am not impressed and I do not recommend.
Terry and Isaiah were super fast and efficient in moving my stuff. They were kind and considerate of my property. Very nice gentlemen. Terry did a great job triple checking the truck to make sure nothing was going to move and fall. Isaiah moved incredibly fast and has great communication skills. 10/10 would recommend. Great Job guys
