Overall went well they were responsible and reliable. They showed up on time. They did not have any wardrobes on the truck which was kind of surprising to me so they took it upon themselves to pack my clothes and shoes in regular boxes which I was not thrilled about. With all of the fragile things that they moved for me. Only two things were damaged. An antique floor lamp which was repairable, and the base of an antique table. The table became very wobbly I noticed when it was delivered. I did take out insurance, more than the minimum which should cover the repair of the table. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to others. Considering all the things that could've been damaged in a long 1300 mile move, I think they did well.
I had a great experience with North American Van Lines and would absolutely recommend them. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The driver and crew were not only incredibly polite and respectful, but also genuinely friendly and easy to work with. They handled everything with care and worked efficiently to get the job done faster than I expected.There were only a couple of very minor scratches, which is impressive given the size of the move. Overall, I was really impressed with their speed, attitude, and attention to detail. It made the whole moving process far less stressful—and even enjoyable.

Highly recommend this team if you are moving across town or like us across state lines (RI to MS).
Everyone that I came into contact with with very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. The movers that I met (Will, Kurt, and Danielle) handled my belongings with great care and everything arrived in perfect condition. Melissa in the office also did a great job of keeping me updated along the way
My wife and I have moved quite a few times and this time using North American Van Lines was exceptional. The packing crew did an excellent job with protecting our furniture for the 3000 mile journey. The crew that unloaded also did an excellent job putting furniture back together and getting us moved in. Both crews were very friendly and respected our belongings. We were very surprised and pleased that nothing was broken or lost so we would recommend this moving company to anyone in an instance!!
