I recently used this moving company for my relocation from Dallas to North Richland Hills, and the entire experience was exceptional. The booking process was quick and hassle-free, which made planning my move so much easier. On moving day, the team arrived on time and handled all of my belongings with real care — nothing felt rushed or mishandled. The move itself was effortless from start to finish. I also appreciated how clear and concise the invoice was. No surprises, no confusion — just straightforward and transparent pricing. I’m doing this review about 2 months late but better late than never. I honestly would not recommend this moving company. I thought I was getting a good deal finding them thru Groupon etc. I paid for 3 movers which I’ve never done before in prior moves. The movers were nice for the most part but very inexperienced in my opinion. Several furniture pieces were left behind. The truck wasn’t big enough. They underestimated the storage capacity and packed my storage to the point where I couldn’t even enter the storage(partially my fault because I should’ve went with my first mind and gotten a bigger one but took their advice which was all the way wrong). But the kicker, my originally estimate was roughly $400 for the move. In all moves in life locally, never had it taken over 3 hours with even two guys. These 3 guys took about 9 hours to do a move! Things were not wrapped etc because they didn’t know that things were even going to storage even though when I booked, I told the rep. My charges ended up being about $1400. Oh yeah, then fridge, washer and dryer are not included which was even more of a surprise. If you have all the time and money in the world to waste to donate to a company, by all means, use them.

I had a great experience with Veterans R Moving Us. Even though I only needed them to move one item, their service was fantastic from start to finish.
