I had a big move coming up from CT to FL it was a struggle trying to find a trustworthy company who would quote one price and then after you agreed and signed it became a bait and switch. I finally found Real Moving & Storage and it was a blessing, from the first initial phone call with Lucas, him sending me the quote which never changed and always being available whenever I had questions to promising me a date and actually getting my items a day early made this a great experience. The movers Carlos and Randy were polite and respectful, handled everything with care, so if you’re looking to move and don’t want to be stressed or worried about brokers and third party movers damaging your items or bait and switch then I highly recommend Real Moving & Storage!!

Real Moving pulled what felt like an enormous bunch of stuff from 3 locations and unloaded it all in one day into our new home. The sales-rep, Lucas was a great communicator, clear and reassuring, and understanding with our necessary and multiple date changes. The crew of 4 were careful (with only 1 minor mishap), fast, clean and very good natured through some furniture back-and-forth. We are so grateful and highly recommend this company.

We at DM Construction hired Real Moving to assist us with a complete home renovation. The team showed exceptional care throughout the entire process — they protected all the furniture, electronics, and personal belongings, keeping everything safe and well-stored in their facility during the project. We used Real Moving & Storage today to move our upright piano from Sandy Hook to Ansonia CT. Lucas was very helpful upfront explaining the process, cost, and timing. Once scheduled he was in touch to confirm the upcoming move and on the day of texted to say team was on their way. When Carlos and Jonathan arrived in a very clean and lettered van, they were super polite, professional, and respectful of keeping my home clean including taking shoes off when walking on carpets! They were on time, and got right to work. Treated our old piano as if it was gold, wrapping it carefully and placing it on a dolly to move out to truck. From start to finish the process was wonderful ???? and I’m would highly recommend.

Lucas was a perfect gentleman from beginning to end. He was on time, respectful, accurate, responsive, flexible, detailed and stood by his commitments. His workers on both ends(Norwalk and Cincinnati, Ohio) could not have been more professional. They treated everyone and everything with the respect they deserved. At 71 years old and the first time I used a professional moving company, I was a skeptic to be honest! I read too many online comments about other movers. No worries here, we couldn't be happier.
