I have been using Shepard’s warehouse for three years through five related move and storage iterations, which finally concluded this week. My son has also used them through four moves over the past two years. With all of our moves, they have been easy, enjoyable and reasonable to work with. Their estimates are fair, transparent and always close. The packers/movers showed up on time, moved at warp speed (thereby keeping our costs down) and packed with great care. The whole team (Kevin, Melissa, Stephanie, Barb, Cesar) have gotten to know us, understood our needs, and been highly responsive, thorough and reliable. Daniel and the guys in the warehouse have always gone beyond in helping us load into U-Haul vans and trailers when we needed extra hands and strength. They have also been onsite to help with pickups from consignment stores and donation centers. All-in-all, both my son and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience, nor could we recommend them more highly. Shepard’s provided excellent service…the move was scheduled quickly, price was reasonable, and the movers were excellent…they were very efficient, careful to protect each piece of furniture, disassembled and reassembled items seamlessly, quickly and quietly moved everything out and back in without damage to our furniture or our home.
Shepards always does great. Used them twice now. First time for a regular move and the second time to move some heavy woodworking equipment into my basement. They did the job quickly and safely. Great company and great people
We just used Shephards Moving and Storage for our move, they were amazing! Super time efficient, friendly, and gentle. Nothing was broken or damaged. Also very affordable! Would definitely use them again for any future moves!
