I used 925 movers for a local move in December. Th movers hit our fence and pool gate while parking the truck. I called and spoke to Julio the manager right away. I paid over $350 to have the gate fixed. I’ve tried for over a month to get reimbursed. After several tries and commitments from them I give up. Extremely poor ethics and service. Beware.
