I used 925 movers for a local move in December. Th movers hit our fence and pool gate while parking the truck. I called and spoke to Julio the manager right away. I paid over $350 to have the gate fixed. I’ve tried for over a month to get reimbursed. After several tries and commitments from them I give up. Extremely poor ethics and service. Beware.

Julio did an honest quote which he kept true for our whole house move. Communication with him was superb and his leadership with his hard working, strong, but gentle and courteous crew were apparent. Everything went well, well organized, skillful disassembly, packing and reassembly. The mattress bags were a great trick we had not seen before. Everything went well, flawless. I used 925 Movers to help me move a recently delivered double bathroom vanity from our garage upstairs to our bathroom. It was over 300 pounds and 6 feet long, with a countertop that is very vulnerable to cracking.
