This company is simply the best. Most importantly, the owners, Art and Andriana, are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. They not only take exceptional care of their clients but are deeply dedicated to serving their community as well. My husband and I have moved eight times in the past 18 years, and Custom Moving is hands down the best company we have ever used. In addition, we have helped my parents coordinate five more moves during that same timeframe--so we truly know a thing or two about moving. We will never use another moving company. Their pricing is fair, transparent, and honest, with absolutely no hidden fees. In fact, during our most recent move with them, I didn't even ask how much it would cost to move my father into his new apartment because I trust them that much. When my father was told the final amount, he was pleasantly surprised. Art and Andriana's team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were professional, respectful, and flawless in their work. Their employees are clearly well cared for, and it shows. The team treated my 82-year-old father as if he were their own--patiently accommodating his requests with kindness and grace. Custom Moving Solutions provided services for moving my brother from his assisted living apartment to his new board and care home. We used them twice for that move and I was so impressed with the workers and service. They made it easy for us in a stressful time. I was so impressed I hired them to help me at home clearing out my garage. Again, very pleased. Highly recommend!

They were amazing…absolute perfection. Easy to make the arrangements, all possession were delivered with no damage and they were willing to help me unpack. All this service for a very reasonable price. I definitely intend to use them again.

We used their services to move my 95 year old mom’s furniture from a large independent living apartment to a smaller assisted living apartment at the same facility. Additionally, we had them pack and move about 15 boxes of things to my house a few miles away, and dispose of or donate various things and furniture no longer needed. A crew of 7 came out and made the move in under 2 hours, plus another hour to properly wrap dishes and deliver them safely and intact to my house. Very professional, efficient and neat. The price was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them! Their complete list of services was what set them off from their competitors.

As a move manager, I've been partnering with Custom Moving Solutions for over a year now, collaborating primarily helping seniors downsize and move into senior living communities. I work with clients to help get their belongings organized for the move, and then Custom Moving Solutions comes in, carefully packs everything up, loads the truck, moves and unloads into the new home, and then does a haul at the former home after the move. I coordinate with the co-owner Art on estimates and logistics, and then I work hands-on with their crew at every job.
