Their customer service is excellent. They had all the right answers helping me organize my move. I've heard a few stories about shady movers, but these guys are legit, and I met Eric, the owner, in person at his Danville office.All went smoothly. The crew did an expert job blanketing all the furniture. None of the walls or floors were damaged. They were patient with my requests as I trying to decide where things should go. Great experience, fantastic company. I would say they are the best moving service I have used.
I moved my grandparents from their home in Danville to Rossmoore in Walnut Creek. They had so many delicate items that I needed a mover I could trust to make sure they were being taken care of. Mark over at Move 4 Less was the perfect guy. He was old and wise just like my grandfather, how perfect indeed. I knew they would hit it off.Called Mark and set everything up. He came over to check out what needed to be done and made sure my Grandmother was packing everything correctly. He assured her that they wouldn't move any boxes that didn't look right. She liked him and trusted his advice. That's why Mark was worth every penny.The day of the move Mark and his crew showed up on time and ready to go. It was nice watching these guys work so carefully. You could tell they used extra effort. For what they charged I definitely got my money’s worth. My grandparents were very impressed, and they are not easily impressed. Good job Mark you passed the Grandparents test!
