I moved from Middletown to Xenia and Manifest were the movers, I am very pleased with them. Andrew helped schedule the movers, trucks and a dumpster and was available to talk on moving day. The 6-8 movers were awesome! They were friendly, professional and seemed to enjoy their work. They were careful with all my things and nothing was damaged. I was specifically looking for a company that was licensed, insured, and would actually take good care of my belongings. From the initial bid on uship, Manifest stood out.Andrew was great to work with - courteous, polite, and willing to work with me on scheduling and price to make sure everything worked for both of us. He was also able to schedule my move for the following week. Every single person I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and communication was excellent from start to finish.On move day, the crew showed up right on schedule and had my entire storage unit loaded into the truck in about an hour. They were attentive to my instructions, wrapped everything securely, and were friendly and professional throughout.Drew and Seth handled the unload like champs - they handled everything carefully (navigating two tight flights of stairs), assembled furniture, and didn't rush anything - even though I knew they were trying to get back on the road ahead of the snow.The price was more than DIY, but lower than other full-service quotes I received and absolutely worth it for a full-service long-distance move with this level of care and communication.These guys deserve every single star. I would 100% use them again and wish they were local to my new area.

The movers did an excellent job with my mom’s move from Xenia to a senior living community in Columbus. The communication leading up to the move and throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence. The 5 person team arrived on time, were thoughtful, courteous, organized and careful with my mom’s things. They made it very easy. They set up the furniture in the apartment too.We would definitely recommend Manifest.
I called for assistance to move larger heavier items and Manifest was able to get me scheduled quickly. Customer service was very polite and when I called back for additional assistance during the weekend the response was quick. The team communicated their ETA and went through everything from start to finish. The movers were all polite and careful with my items. If I ever have to move again I will definitely use Manifest again.
