Service was unbelievable. They came the next day when a brand new couch did not fit down the hallway. It was taken apart and put back together perfectly!
Utterly professional and impressively clean from start to finish. I love my couch, so I was very nervous about having it taken apart—but I could immediately tell they have years of experience. They handled my queen trundle sofa bed from Crate & Barrel with total care and skill.What really amazed me was that they managed to move it through an impossibly narrow hallway into the room where we needed it, and the entire disassembly, move, and reassembly took only about two hours. They even came at night and stayed until the job was completely done.Highly recommend—outstanding service.
Discovered my sofa didn’t fit through my new apartment’s door while actively moving in yesterday… gave this team a call and they were able to come out the next morning. Arrived a bit after their ETA but still well within the window of when I was told to expect them. Immediately they made me feel at ease and got to work disassembling the sofa right in the hallway where I’d had to abandon it. Under an hour later my sofa was reassembled and in its rightful place! What felt like an impossible situation just 12 hours ago, Sofa Movers put to rest the moment they showed up. Just used Sofa Movers for a large couch we couldn’t fit through the doorway or elevator. The technicians disassembled the couch carried it down several flights of stairs and reassembled it. It looks great can’t even tell it was taken apart! The guys were very meticulous and did great work. Would highly recommend this service.
My experience was great! They took my sofa apart very easily and fast. Brought the sofa upstairs and put it together again and the sofa looks exactly the same as it did before. Perfect condition. The two men who came were extremely friendly and efficient. Will recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!
