If I could leave 0 stars.. I would. The worst moving company I have worked with. Took them 9 house to pack a 3 bed / 2 bath house where closets and pantry were already packed up. No clothes from drawers and no food was packed by them. Took them too long. Then another 4 hours to unload at storage and house but did not finish so had to come back next day (we had a 3 men crew) and we had 3 of my family members helping. They are not efficient movers. They struggled to carry the furniture so my husband had to step in… We paid $3600 and they put a whole through our door, bled into the next day AND still tried charging me more money. The worst experience moving we ever had and do not recommend at all. I’m pretty lenient. We even tipped the guys because they had a long day. We got donuts and water for them and everything. I hate bad customer service more than anything because we paid so much money for the service but my family members had to step in to help… Not worth it. Please go somewhere else!
Frank, Nicholas, and Cameron were amazing!! They were fast, gentle, and handled all my items and boxes with care. Their way of sorting and placing was amazing as well. I will recommend the company to anyone that needs it. The guys and the company have great customer service and figure things out everytime. Thank you for everything! It is so appreciated!
All my moving sons is a great company to work with. They have been around for a while and has a great reputation. The team I worked with was very professional and made sure all my items were properly moved without any damage. The only gripe I would have is the time it took them to move the items. We started around 9:30am and finished around 5pm. Making the final cost way more than I was expecting. I was moving from a 2 bed room apartment to a 4 bed room home and it was only my stuff being moved. I’ve used moving companies in the past several times and they moved a lot quicker even in colder weather and icy on the road. Despite the cost being much higher than expected, they were still cheaper than other companies I reached out to and I would used them again.
I have engaged many moving companies over the years and this was the most stress free, smooth and great move bar none!! Our crews were professional, friendly and treated us and our "stuff" like we were family. This is the ONLY moving company you will ever need or want. So impressed, so pleased and so thankful! I paid over $3k for moving services and had an awful experience dealing with this company.They damaged my door, door frame, and several items. I paid for additional insurance coverage and filed a claim to recoup the damages and have been met with nothing but difficultly throughout this process to the extent of being hung up on.I would avoid this company completely.I am now having to file a civil suit to force them to pay for the damages.
