We used this moving company for our recent move from an apartment into our new home. The experience started off rough — our original crew was scheduled for 7:00 AM but arrived an hour late. They also weren’t very friendly and began handling some of our items in a way that didn’t feel very careful, which was stressful on an already big day.
However, the situation completely turned around once the second crew arrived. Jose, Ivan, and Miguel Luis were fantastic. They were polite, professional, smiling, efficient, and worked with a clear sense of urgency. Their manners and positive attitudes made a huge difference, and they handled our belongings with care.
I truly appreciate the company taking the time to correct the situation and sending a more experienced, professional team. That level of responsiveness matters, and the second crew really saved the experience for us.
