Courteous and professional movers! They were quick and very thoughtful. They took care of my stuff like it was their own! I definitely recommend them for anyone moving. Jesse, Brandon and Kaiden were amazing. They were very friendly and creative with getting furniture out of our house safely! They were the BEST!
Maxwell was fantastic! I was very impressed with the speed and care he and his team used while moving our belongings. I didn’t have a doubt on the world once they got going that this was the right choice. I was shocked they had my garage emptied out as quickly as they did and everything was wrapped and situated nicely in the truck. Definitely a professional team and Maxwell led them well!!!
Alexander and his partner did a fantastic job with facilitating my move. He was very courteous and helpful during a difficult time for my family and me. He worked efficiently and was careful to ensure my belongings were undamaged. Everything was moved onto the truck, moved to my storage unit, and safely unloaded into the storage unit. Top quality service!
This company was moving than one of my tenants in. They broke a strip of trim off my door. I asked one of the guys that was moving if they planned on fixing it before they left. He said he would have to talk to his driver. So he walks Into my Tenant’s apartment while I stand in the hall chatting with my tenant. I wait for about five minutes and he never comes out to let me know what they plan to do to fix it. I told him that I would be working in the apartment across the hall and please have a supervisor or whoever is in charge find me before they left. They duck out the door and drive off 10 minutes later, leaving me to repair the trim they destroyed without so much as a simple apology. No honesty. No accountability. Would not recommend this company to any of my tenants as integrity is clearly not being instilled in the employees.
I would recommend that no one hires them. Complete lack of professionalism when packing a storage unit up. Just threw items on top of each other with no regard and damaged my items. Even had another moving company come out and they were astonished by what they did. They would wrap some furniture but not wrap others. No idea what the point is of wrapping a dresser but not wrapping another dresser.
