Highly professional and very communicative team. The coordinator checked in at every step of the process. We had both packing and moving services and both went super smoothly on either end of our move. Strongly recommend this amazing team.
The whole process was very nice. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional and responsive. The video tour of the house being packed was a simple process. The Video ensured that the correct size truck is used, any irregular items can be noted for the movers to be aware of any possible assistance you may need, and guarantees the price is accurate.The driver we had was excellent and his assistants were well chosen. They were wonderful to work with. My house was loaded up in just under four hours. And the delivery at the new house also was right about four hours.I would recommend this company for anyone moving.
Our drive was Josh and he made sure to discuss every step with us! Him and his team were very organized and efficient through the whole process! It made it so easy to trust him and the whole moving staff because they were constantly communicating with us and asking questions! We had them pack, move, and deliver! I don’t think we will ever be able to move without them again!!
The entire moving experience was extremely well done. It started with a virtual walk-through for the company to see everything we had to move. Terry, the main coordinator, gave us lots of great information and checked in with us multiple times to ensure everything would go well. Jason and the team of movers were on time, fast, very pleasant, and took great care in packing and loading our items. We’ve heard plenty of moving horror stories. Our experience with Lint couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend them.
Ethan with Lint Van Lines has moved us twice now and both times he took the time to make sure all of our items were accounted for and packed properly. Also the review process before the move is helpful. Along with the follow up with office. Mary continued to follow up to make sure we were taken care of and all things were going smoothly.
