JANUARY 2026–SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO HOME (and likely dryer unit)Hired these guys to move furniture into a brand new build. Gouged parts of walls on multiple floors, gouged the wood of a railibg and, we’ve recently come to suspect, cracked multiple spots of the dryer door. The owner to his credit sent someone out to make things right, but the drywall repair work is patchy and uneven. In fact, the wood repair guy who came to fix the railing repaired a drywall gouge he saw in his area and did a better job.I also recently noticed three cracks in the dryer door that, based on the room it’s in and the fact it’s in a devoted washroom, are unlikely to have been made by us. This one is on me for not inspecting furniture etc like I did the house. The placement looks like it only could have been made by the whole front banging into something.Pricing is good but it was definitely an instance of getting what you pay for.
Our movers Anthony & Andy were phenomenal!Wrapped the furniture as they handled my parents items with care and consideration like it was their own!!Packed into our moving van as we transported to Florida. Unpacked and have not seen any damages as the result of the move.Great price and they completed easily within the 2 hours planned.Well done Loyd and will use you again!!

They called 30 minutes before arrival exactly as promised, which made the day much less stressful and showed true professionalism.The crew worked tirelessly and handled our belongings with great care and respect. The reviews did not steer us wrong with selecting Ultimate Movers. Lloyd was so fast and efficient responding to our query, booking and confirming. They called us the day before and on the way to give us a heads up. Dom and Anthony were exceptional, they were so fast and efficient and carefully wrapped our heavier furniture and kept screws and tools together for us. They were not only extremely fast but very gentle with the difficult items and made moving ten times easier. They were such a professional team all in all and we would definitely book with them and recommend them for any move we have going forward. Thank you guys for your incredible work!

Lloyd, the owner, was incredibly friendly, straightforward, and transparent about pricing. Their rates were very fair especially considering the high quality of service.My movers, Josh and Bryan were fantastic. They were punctual, efficient, and extremely careful with all my belongings. What really impressed me was how smoothly they managed multiple stops during the move without any issues or delays. They kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made the whole process stress free.They arrived fully prepared with plenty of moving blankets and shrink wrap making sure all of my belongings were wrapped, padded, and protected the entire time.
