The staff were courteous. They took the time to pack the furniture. However, the tape damaged my sofa. I tried to speak with the manager, but he refused to acknowledge it, saying it was bleach that had leaked from a box… I know what bleach can do… Furthermore, it's impossible to reach anyone other than the mover, who claims to be responsible. Doesn't it look more like traces of adhesive tape to you?
