Horrible experience with this company, do not hire them! They ruined my furniture and refused to reimburse me for it. Tried working with customer service and they offered me $210. Broke my table and bed, dragged holes in my cream couch. Didn’t protect my furniture at all. Forged my signature on damage waiver insurance. Just a horrible experience overall!
All My Sons did a fantastic job on my move!They were on time, worked hard, and really took care with all of my things. The price was really good in my opinion.My move from start to finish was under $1300.When we arrived at my new space they made sure I had all of my furniture and boxes placed exactly where I wanted them!I was able to get a free kitchen pack with my confirmed reservation and they palled all f my things expertly!Not one thing broken. Even my very fragile wine glasses were intact!I would 1000% use them again!
Demarko, Nacho and Mike were absolutely amazing to help us move. They packed everything, carefully moved it and even put it back together! I've never had such courteous service in my life. I cannot recommend them enough
I was advised to take out the insurance. It was roughly around $400 extra and if I didn’t do it, they would give me pennies on the dollar if they break something well when I file the claim because the guys didn’t get my refrigerator coming in the door, not to mention the door that I didn’t even clean. They offered me $500. I showed them proof that the doors alone not to mention the side, you cannot get get was $1200 to replaceNot including labor since I didn’t take the $500 they gave me nothing and will not get back with me
Moved with all my sons from Iowa to Ohio a year and a half ago and it went great. They wrapped our furniture, were very efficient but also very careful and didn’t break anything. Decided to use them to move back to Iowa a few weeks ago and it was a completely different experience. This group of boys was rushed, lazy, and careless. I paid hundreds of dollars in packing materials only for them to wrap nothing! They boxed our 2 TVs and that was it. We had glass items that I paid for boxes for and not a single piece of my glass was wrapped or boxed. Just thrown onto the truck. None of my furniture was wrapped or protected in any way and they even managed to pull the fabric backing out from the back of my sofas. They cracked our dining table which is now useless, busted the prongs off our couch so we can no longer plug it in, broke a large piece of the top of our antique vanity off, broke part of the vanity mirror, busted the handle for our camper grill, lost the pins for our expensive bed (which also now the foot piece will no longer go up and down like it’s supposed to), and broke my cork board completely in half. All of this and they are only offering $250 which doesn’t even cover the packing materials I paid for them to use. Don’t use this company unless you have an extra $800+ sitting around for the insurance when they inevitably break all your stuff and then refuse to take responsibility and fix their mistake.
