Coleman American Moving Services, Inc.

What a joke. Our unaccompanied baggage will be delayed and Coleman American Moving Services is blaming Travis Airforce Base for the delay so that they do not have to pay us an inconvenience claim. Even though Coleman Moving picked up our UB on November 4th and did not deliver it to Travis AFB until 12/1 with a required delivery date of 12/12. If they blame the delay on the AMC they are not required to reimburse for inconvenience. This gave AMC only 10 days to ship the UB to Guam, really less than that since it would still have to go through customs. Well Played. As if moving across the word isn't stressful enough, you can't even rely on companies doing the job they were hired to do.

Lawson, I recently had my Unaccompanied Household Goods (UB) move coordinated through Coleman Worldwide Moving, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and care shown throughout the entire process. From the initial contact to final delivery, the team demonstrated outstanding communication and attention to detail. They promptly answered all my questions, kept me informed of shipment timelines, and ensured I was fully prepared for each step. The packers arrived on time, treated my belongings with respect, and worked quickly yet carefully. Everything was labeled, inventoried, and handled with precision. What stood out most was the peace of mind they provided. International moves can be stressful, especially when you’re not traveling with your household goods—but Lawson made it seamless and worry-free. My items were packed professionally and quick. Thank you Lawson for your dedication and customer-first approach. I would absolutely recommend them to any service member or family handling an overseas PCS. Truly a job well done!
