I moved from Dallas to Edison. Brian from this company is a compleate scamster. We had an agreement about everything but on the day of the pickup the guys who came said you have to pack up kitchen by yourself. I paid $5400 for this move which is $2K higner than what other movers where charging. The guys who came to pack were really nice and helped me pack the Kitchen because they were just following the insturctions. I called Brian and he blatenltly denied about our discussion and said we never agreed. He came in person to inspect. This was very frustrating. Ok I packed and everything got picked up. on the day of Delivery TV unit broken, Bed Frame legs missing. I filled the claim form and the company sent me a check for the total claim amout. Great job for that. I could buy same items new plus the hassle and sleeping on the floor for a couple of days. But be careful with Brian. Have everything documented if he is coming to your place. Overall everything thing was good and I would rate this move 5 star if not for Brian.

We have a great experience with them for our move from NJ to CA. They took the stress out of moving cross country! Jon-Paul was referred to us by a neighbor and he helped us with the quote and our options since our closings didn't line up perfectly. We ended up storing our stuff at their location in NJ for a while before sending to CA. Our coordinator Jessica was in contact with us constantly which put us at ease. Overall a great company, highly recommend!
