Super easy to book, pick up and drop off through the app. Was missing a piece of equipment but staff rectified it right way. Friendly people and easy process. No problems at all with the truck itself.
Destiny was very polite and helpful with making sure my rental experience was absolutely excellent. The equipment and facility was in great shape. I will definitely recommend this location all the time.
After a different uhaul installed the chains to my rental trailer incorrectly, Kristin came out to help! She was so friendly and efficient. She even attempted to change the orientation of the ball of the hitch for a more leveled tow (but the hitch installation company had it on super tight!). I would definitely come back again in passing!
Went in today for a ubox which I know nothing about. The young girl who assisted me was beyond helpful. She answered my many questions and I can't thank her enough. I'm a senior trying to plan a long distance move and this young lady was patient and very kind. She knew what she was doing. Promote her she deserves a promotion! I didn't catch her name so if you can locate her please give her a huge thank you! Our world needs more people like her and this location is lucky to have her@
We have a long term storage unit at this location. The check in process was great no issues there and the ladies at the desk were very helpful. However now we’ve had our unit for 3 weeks and we came to get a couple things and half of our things have severe mold growing on it and roaches and spiders coming out of boxes, and the cardboard boxes are damp with humidity.. The front desk was rude and not helpful. Gave us a phone number to call to file a claim (which is a phone number to call if we were in an accident not for items ruined) and to come back a different day and speak to a manager. I came in kind and trying to see what mitigation was being done and she was very unhelpful. Hopefully can report back with a better review after speaking with the supervisor but currently not feeling hopeful.
