I used UPack to move a large collection of household goods from PA to FL. We also took advantage of the storage service while we sorted out moving. The UPack service was everything we hoped for. The moving cubes were very solid. The dropoff and pickup services were efficient and the staff was friendly. The storage fees were reasonable and everything worked as expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.
Fantastic experience with U-Pack from start to finish. This is a well-run company that proactively takes care of their customers. I had a trailer shipped from New York to California. U-Pack was there for me every step of the way. I am not a paid reviewer, just a regular Joe-Schmoe. I had tons of questions that customer service was happy to answer, and I was sent email reminders that kept me informed and comforted. I'd hire this company again for sure if I ever move again.
Very happy with U Pack. They were on time at each end and very helpful. Had some things damaged but that was the fault of a local moving company in Erie, PA that I hired to load the truck. Would not recommend those people.
