MAJOR scam vibes. Read until the very end.

I was quoted somewhere between 200-300 per hour, was told it would not take much longer than one hour, ended up being charged 800 because they took over 3 hours; okay, fair enough, sometimes it takes longer than you think. However this was because they moved more items than I had asked them to, and the increase in cost associated with the extra items was not communicated to me until the very end, okay, maybe that’s on me for not assuming that’d be the case, sure. But unfortunately they took payment and then left abruptly before positioning the bed where I asked them to, without giving me a chance to walk through and check if anything needed to be repositioned before they left, then tried to charge me $162 *minimum* just to come back weeks later and move the one bed across the room, which should have already been done. Any one of these issues alone would be understandable of course, mistakes and miscommunications happen, but I draw the line at expecting me to pay excessively for their own oversight. To me that is indicative of a systemic lack of respect for their customers. From what I understand, their justification is that the additional fee is because I had initially approved them putting the bed on that side of the room, which on surface level seems reasonable, but given the fact that they left it very slanted and awkwardly centered in the room (which is the exact opposite of what I had asked for anyway), effectively preventing me from furnishing the rest of the room, and that they left it exactly where I would need to be standing to have access to the window and blinds, and that I was not given a chance to assess for any needed corrections before they left, the extra charge feels really unfair and really slimy. I would have accepted a small charge, but an additional 162 to correct something that should’ve been corrected day of raises major red flags for me. Had I been given a minute to walk through and assess day of before they left, I would’ve been able to say “oh hey actually the bed needs to be on the other side so I can open the window and blinds from the side it’s on now,” but they left pretty much immediately after moving the bed in.

The movers themselves were very polite, respectful and professional. Nothing bad to say about them, sometimes things get forgotten, I can totally understand. What I can’t understand is why the business expects me to pay them so much to correct it. Seems incredibly dishonest and fishy, and good enough reason to leave a review warning others.

Please be cautious dealing with this business, do NOT let them leave before you examine where everything is placed.

I've just begun the process of a cross-country move, and Lile has been amazing! Jana came to my house shortly after I contacted them and provided a wealth of informnation as well as conducted a thorough walk-through to track items to be moved. She was extremely nice and fun to work with, and she's been incredibly helpful and patient every time I've contacted her with questions. They're flexible and accommodating, easily willing to make changes or provide new estimates as I decide what to include on the truck. The dates I needed were available, and I was able to secure them. They're making this process smooth!

Jeremy lead a team of 3 and did the MOST fantastic job. I was so impressed and grateful for their hard work on 9/11/2025!
Caden and Harbor are two young guys who never stopped. I have not seen young men their age work so hard and stay on task. And Jeremy can pack a trailer so well you could put a mouse and one end and cheese at the other and that mouse will NOT be able to get that cheese! Ha! He took a semi truck with 6 crates and a 26 foot box truck of home goods and fit it into my 26’ UHAUL! I could have cried tears of joy being blessed with these 3 hard workers.
I hope their company knows what diamonds in the rough they are in today’s society. Good hard workers are really hard to find.
