These guys were very reasonably priced , very fast drop off and pickup . I was able to do both drop off and pick up for the next day , Which was extremely helpful for us . The online site was very easy to setup and do everything needed to get the pod container delivered and picked up . I am going to be using PODS again in the near future . We ordered 2 of them for our remodel on the house after a leak and it was seamless and easy to get them. Great option for needed to store things . Very fast and quick !! Highly recommend.
Kelly the driver was great. PODS as a company - in my experience - was terrible. I wouldn’t use them again. Poor communication. Refusal to honor printed quotation their own representative issued.
Working with PODS has been irritating to say the least. I highly recommend you find another company for your storage needs and do not rent a POD. The POD we rented had a water leak on both sides at the door due to an old gasket that channeled rain water into the POD. I was worried about the contents getting moldy and damaged while it sat in the street for the 4 month renovation. I tried to get PODS to replace the gasket and they could not accommodate a repair. Instead they recommended that I move all the contents into another POD. This really irked me and cost me $140 in moving fees. Their customer service reps assured me they would compensate me for the cost to move the contents up to $160. The driver who replaced the POD told me the leak wasn't due to the gasket but probably wicking of the rain water up from the street into the bottom of the POD - which was 100% plywood. We live in Oregon and we get a lot of rain and there is plenty of moisture on the street. The thought of moisture coming from the ground into the POD and damaging all our household goods spurred me to change PODS. They brought a fiberglass bottomed POD for the replacement. As follow up, there was zero moisture wicking into the POD through the plywood so they driver that told me that was likely a problem was incorrect. Nevertheless, I would not let them rent you a plywood bottomed POD.Then PODS charged me pick-up and drop fees for the replacement POD AND for both the first POD and the new POD for the month such that I paid for TWO PODS during that month. Ridiculous for a faulty storage unit.After PODS management reviewed my case in the following weeks I received an email that they DENIED compensating me for the movers and DENIED reducing the double-billing for the month. I spent a lot of time on the phone with them and sent several emails. I believe if their Customer Service Reps tell you that your costs will be compensated then the company should honor that determination and follow through with that compensation.Customer Service was extremely nice during each of my calls. They put me on hold multiple times while they checked with management. Their communication was very good and clear. And then it all was undone in the claims review process.I am proceeding with a small claims court filing - something I have never done before - but this deserves to be remedied.

Easy to do, easy to pay, effortless pick up and delivery. Polite employees on the phone and in person. You can unpack the pods at your leisure and call them when you're ready for them to pick it up
