When we spoke at first on the phone, the person who arranged our move was incredibly helpful, full of promises and goodwill. The next day, movers arrived 30 minutes past the arrival window, took a look at my partner's packed boxes and broken down furniture, excused themselves to step outside, and without any explanation, drove away. I called the office and various numbers associated with this business over half a dozen times before their closing time and was told "operations" would be in touch with me. Needless to say, no one got in touch with me. One employee gave me a fake number to their supervisor. No one, in the hours between when the movers left and when the office closed, could tell me why the movers had simply bailed on my partner and her move. Avoid this business. They will make tons of false promises, take your deposit, and leave you high and dry. Peep this picture my partner took of the truck just driving away with no explanation whatsoever. Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. 2 stars because when I demanded a refund via email after this awful treatment, we got it within a few hours.
Update: 4/30Owner Steve and his team delivered as promised. Very efficient and professional team. Took care of everything quite fast and the charges were very decent. While moving, someone else at the storage facility pointed out that they are very good.Will use their services again !!After posting a review about my experience, the Franschise Owner Steve from head office took time to listen to me and has promised to resolve the issue and has confirmed with best crew and also a discount on their service for the issue that happened. I will look forward to a different experience with the company and will share my experience. For now, I appreciate the fact the owner listened to my grievance and has promised to resolve it.
There was some scheduling issues at the beginning: I was originally confirmed for the holiday day, but a week prior to the move, was rescheduled for the day after. The move went smooth and easy after that though. The crew, Mitchell and Fausto, were very professional and took great care with disassembling, wrapping, and reassembling my furniture, as necessary, in order to fit through doorways. They arrived exactly on time, were friendly and efficient, and took appropriate Covid precautions. They did awesome and I would hire again!
We hadMitchell, Julio, the Emilio move several rooms of bins and boxes and some furniture to our storage locker and they did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and worked extremely fast. Did a great job.Only problem was we were not told about increased weekend charges so instead of the bill being $ 500.00 it ended up being over $ 700.00.
These guys were Amazing!! After another moving company did not show up, Established Moving came to our rescue.Three movers showed up promptly on time. They were courteous, kind and hard working. I truly have never seen three more accommodating young men.They loaded everything perfectly, no damage to any of our property. Unloaded everything where we needed it, and did all this with smiles on their faces.I would truly recommend this moving company, to anyone searching.
