Would never recommend. The people packing your house will steal from you. Got my household goods and a few things were stolen and missing. Not the first time I’ve heard of this from them but from the quality of people who they hire to pack your things I’m not surprised one bit.
This was by far the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever experienced. The receptionist was extremely rude, belittling, and clearly has a chip on her shoulder when it comes to military movers. She takes it upon herself to go through every portion of your vehicle and the process takes 20 times longer than it has to. It was not only the most unprofessional interaction I’ve had but it was the most uncomfortable customer service interaction I’ve ever had. Based off other reviews, there must be favoritism in the workplace otherwise I can’t think of any other reason she would still be employed here. I would not recommend this company because of the hostile environment.
The woman we talked to is incredibly rude and patronizing. After talking to use like we were stupid because we didn't know the trailer and the car had to be attached to weigh our RV (an honest mistake theres no need to be rude to us) she then proceeded to give my husband a lecture on why she had such a bad attitude and said it was because she's "sick of the government giving out money." I've worked in customer service for 7 years and you don't treat people poorly just because you're mad about something and then openly admit that you have a bad attitude. Having read other reviews I'm pretty sure it's the same woman throwing her little tantrum. I wouldn't want anyone to lose their job but maybe she should consider quitting.
The crew was fantastic, with good and professional behavior. However, the receptionist is like a toddler having a tantrum, very unprofessional, using foul language, raising her voice making people feel stupid (like she never makes mistakes). Anyways, I recommend them only because the moving crew is worth it. But the receptionist needs to get fired ASAP. There's plenty of mature people in Fairbanks with a calm and professional demeanor who could take that place higher raising the standards of good quality costumer service.
I honestly would of given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the horrible customer service I received. When I brought my car in to be weighed for shipping, the woman running the front desk was incredibly rude. I’m sorry for asking questions about my car with literally all my belongs getting shipped out in it. She made be feel stupid and was incredibly rude. I was just asking questions to make sure there was no issues. She raised her voice at me when I told her I was confused and didn't understand the situation. She then told me she didn’t appreciate my attitude. I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years, but when is it ever okay to treat a customer that way? I was just trying to make sure my belongs being shipped had no issues. She also told me that this location was the only place that weighed vehicles, I found out this is a lie. Be prepared if you go here to deal with hostile customer service.
