I’ve used GoMoverZ several times now and each time they have been careful, efficient and very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them for anything from hauling stuff away ( they helped clear my mother’s home after her passing- a huge job) and they’ve moved items for me as well. They’re great to work with!
Nathan came to the rescue! My daughter was scammed by another moving company called Efficiency, they took her money and then never showed and their phones were disconnected. We called Nathan and he was able to come and move her the next day and even negotiated a lower price since she had lost money. They did the whole move in two hours. We were so grateful for him and Jeremy.
I called these guys last minute (day before) to help me load 2 more PODS after I had already filled 1 container earlier in the week and I’m glad I called them. They were able to work me in super professional, polite, and got the rest of my house and outdoor stuff loaded in under 4 hours.Had I realized I needed 3 PODS to start I probably would have just let these guys do the whole thing after meeting them. I’ve had numerous Air Force contracted moves previously and these guys would have been way better.
World class customer service. I called last minute to get help with new furniture I bought at the Vacaville outlets. We were loaded in less than fifteen minutes. Clean. Polite. Professional. And genuinely great guys. ...and an excellent value!!!
I hate to leave a bad review of a small business because the people are nice but I absolutely cannot recommend them.We were quoted for a move, it was originally a one day project, estimate for moving AND packing services. This did not happen. It turned into a two day project, we were charged $700 more than the original maximum quote. We specifically told him that the house we were moving from was three stories and the house we were moving to was one story. He tried to tell me that we did not tell him this but these are questions he specifically asked us on the phone when we called.Their packing services are inadequate. They packed cleaning chemicals in with dry foods. We lost two boxes full of food due to this. They packed breakables without any protection and several items were broken. They broke a figurine of ours, but did reimburse us for it after I brought it to their attention. Things were literally thrown into boxes without coordination, organization or writing names of contents. I personally had to pack several of the boxes.They left anything on the walls, left two full cabinets of the kitchen. Left our stair risers so scuffed up that they will have to be repainted.When we called the owner, Nathan, he told us that he went above and beyond for us. I feel completely taken advantage of and want to warn the next customer.I am providing two stars because the helpers he had were genuinely kind and they did stage our rooms in the new house with the large furniture items.
