I had a largely positive experience with Stewart Moving & Storage, especially when it came to long-term storage and customer service.My belongings were stored for two full years, and I was truly impressed with how well everything was handled. When my items were returned, everything was intact, clean, and well-preserved, which speaks volumes about their storage practices. Their customer support team was excellent—friendly, professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. That level of care gave me peace of mind during a long storage period.However, I did experience some issues during delivery. I had slate pieces for my pool table that needed to be moved upstairs to the room where the table would be set up. The delivery crew informed me they could not move the slates upstairs because there were only two of them, so the slates were left in my garage. Unfortunately, this means I now have to hire and pay another company to complete that part of the move.Additionally, during delivery, my Princess Crystal vase was broken, which was disappointing.Overall, Stewart Moving & Storage excels in storage care and customer service, but the delivery experience fell short of expectations for specialty and fragile items. With better staffing for heavy items and improved handling of delicate belongings, this could easily be a five-star experience.
Eric and his crew did an absolutely amazing job helping pack up our belongings. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. As a family with a 1-year-old, moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process so much easier and less overwhelming. They handled everything from our personal items to our daughter’s things with care and respect, and their teamwork and positive attitudes truly stood out. We are so grateful for Eric and his crew’s hard work and dedication. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free move.
