I’m so pleased with Burrell’s Moving. I was having a sofa delivered from out of state and there was one person to deliver it. No way that one person could do the job. I called Burrell’s and they arrived within 20 minutes of my call. This was the end of the day on a Friday. Terrence and his son were professional and got the job done. I would highly recommend.
Called Burrell’s today after 4:00 to have a piano moved inside our home whenever they could do the job. Not only did they answer the phone, but they came over by 5:00 today after their last job. Nice guys and they carefully moved our piano. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and they are based in Fishers.
I needed to downsize from a 3 bedroom 2 bath home into a single room and storage unit. I didn’t even check out the website, I picked up the phone, called and Mr Burrell answered the phone. He listened to my needs and offered fair negotiations. He worked with me to stay within my budget, and when I had a change of plans and needed a larger crew last minute he was able to accommodate me and even came to check out the job with two of his guys to make sure we had the resources to fit the job. He and both of his guys shook my hand and introduced themselves. Burrell left and the two guys got straight to work. They were courteous, efficient and worked quickly. Both smiled, and had no problem modifying their layout to suit my needs. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I would recommend Terrance Burrell and his crew anytime. Mr. Burrell was suggested to me by a few people. I was very pleased with my service. They were very punctual, I actually believe they showed up earlier than expected, totally fine! Originally, I wanted to move my own TVs due to the risk of how fragile they are, but Mr. Burrell took great care of my TVs. Also, I needed my washer and dryer switched out of my new place for my own, a week after I moved. I contacted him and he made the accommodation for me, which I was EXTREMELY grateful for. I’ve never seen anyone move as fast as they did but I also don’t have a lot of stuff. Mr. Burrell is a very nice man and I highly recommend his company for all of your moving needs.
The Burrell’s Moving & Hauling LLC website boasts having over 20 years’ experience in the moving field; however, what the website doesn’t tell you is Burrell’s Hauling & Moving is the moving company for you if you don’t care how your possessions are treated & that if they are damaged Mr. Burrell will fail to reimburse you for the damages. He’ll give you one excuse after another for why he hasn’t paid you, and you will never see your money; or he’ll claim Burrell’s Moving isn’t responsible for the damages. It's also the company for you if you want to experience a “bait and switch” for services & pay $700 more because additional trips were needed when the move took longer than quoted because Mr. Burrell decided to use a smaller moving truck to increase the cost of the move. Three months after the move, Mr. Burrell still hasn’t reimbursed me for the curio cabinet that was dropped and damaged beyond repair. He has also refused to take responsibilities for other items damaged during the move.
