Tyler was very easy to work with. Told him what I needed moved and how far and they showed up on time and ready to work. They took extra care in how they handled my items and were very polite and professional! Would highly recommended!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Tyler and his company was recommended on a Fishers Chatter group and I try to support local as much as possible so I reached out and arranged for him and his crew to pick up 4 office desks. He would need to disassemble them and re-assemble once delivered to my office. The first yellow flag was that while talking to him he wanted to know if I was paying personally or if it was a business paying. Honestly I don't know why that matters unless of course it is because he charged a much higher business rate than personal rate. Although I felt that the price was pretty high I was in a bind and needed to get the job done. I sent him pictures and measurements of all four desks. He stated that he would bring a box truck because of their size and that way they may not have to completely disassemble them. The job was scheduled for him to arrive at 11 am. It rained the night before and he messaged me and asked if we could move the day because of the rain. Mind you it was no longer raining and it was not predicted to rain anymore for the rest of the day. I told him I could not move the day and he said okay he would be there. He did not show up until 12:15.......an hour and fifteen minutes late!!!! The three of them looked extremely unprofessional. Instead of bring a box truck which we had discussed again the morning of that due to the rain it would be best, he arrived in a pick up truck with a trailer attached. This meant that all the furniture was going to get wet from the water on the roads (and it did). It took them almost two hours to disassemble and load 4 desks part of which because Tyler lost his cell phone and was wanting to unload and unwrap everything to find his phone. After searching for over 20 minutes I finally stated that if his phone was wrapped up in the furniture it would be found when it was unloaded at my office and convinced them to leave. They finally started off towards my office. Somehow they got on the interstate way before me but didn't make it to my office until about 15 minutes after I had arrived. Long enough to make my boss question whether or not we just got scammed and they took off with our furniture and we couldn't call him because his phone was "lost". They finally arrived at our office and it took them another hour and half at least to re-assemble the furniture. Never once did they offer to discount the rate they had quoted me or anything. I lost 5 and a half hours of work, missed an important meeting that I should have never had to miss because of their horrible business. I cannot warn people enough against this company!!
So our original movers did not show up and my boyfriend and I quickly had to find someone and we stumbled upon these guys. Tyler was able to do it the same day and was there to help us at a reasonable price! A lifesaver for sure, thank you again! ??
Wow these men, Tyler and Des were incredible! They cleared out HEAVY business furniture, dropped off a piece of furniture at our home and hauled out a heavy metal box! And they did it while being extremely kind! They were kind to one another and to us! Highly highly recommend them for any moving, hard workers with great attitudes. Great pricing!
