I had a long day planned, but the movers made everything feel surprisingly easy. They lifted heavy boxes, protected the walls, and organized the truck perfectly. The whole team worked with such good energy.
Stephen and jousting were quick and but late getting to the job. Was supposed to be at site between 11:00 and 1:00 pm didn’t get there till 6:15 pm
I noticed how neatly they organized the truck. Heavier furniture strapped at the bottom, fragile items up top. Nothing shifted during the ride. When we unloaded, everything was intact. My glassware made it safely, which surprised me the most.
My fragile vases were the things I thought wouldn’t make it. They wrapped each one and carried them separately instead of tossing them in a box. At the new house, they came out perfect. That level of detail showed me they weren’t just rushing.
I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I called this company today about getting some same-day help with moving a family friend’s vehicle, trying to help out the best I could. I mentioned that U-Haul quoted me around $350 for a pull-behind trailer, so their quote of $580 was higher than what we were looking for. After I politely declined, the representative actually laughed and said, ‘haha, car’s gonna get robbed.’I find this extremely unprofessional. The representative was passive aggressive and made a sarcastic comment when I was simply looking for help. I was nothing but polite, and receiving that kind of response is completely unwarranted and unacceptable when someone is planning to trust you with their vehicle.If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they would handle someone’s car. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.
