BEST MOVE EXPERIENCE EVER! Asked my realtor who she would recommend to move and she told me that Marching Ant Moving is the only company she recommends so naturally I called. Move was scheduled very quickly and easy. Tyler, Darnell, Ed, Sebastian, and Travis showed up and worked tirelessly and professionally and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work ethic, drive, and team approach. I am likely moving again soon and I will specifically request this team. Great job guys, and thank you Marching Ant Moving for a job well done!
Marching Ant Moving was wonderful to work with. They helped arrange a pickup and delivery of a local piano I had purchased. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and were very patient as I fine tuned details with the seller. Whitney, who I spoke with over the phone multiple times, was extremely helpful and responsive. The movers that came were also very professional, clean and quick. It was a smooth move and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to others. Thanks!
We had a good experience with our long distance move. They communicated the quote and process to us. They followed the steps and all our expectations were met.Frank and crew were courteous and professional. They handled all our items with care. We had packed and wrapped everything prior. They got the truck loaded and unloaded the next day into storage unit. We asked that items be put in a certain order so we could retrieve them as we need to.This is the 2nd move with them and will use them again.
Marching Ant Moving was fantastic. I had the team of Frank, Justin, CJ, Arod, AD, and Lawrence. Each of them were very helpful, friendly, hard working and very careful with my things and my home. I was most impressed with this company. They had great follow up from their customer service for booking and confirming the appointment. The moving crew worked extremely hard and efficiently and were even fun! All had great positive attitudes. It was a big move with lots of moving parts and they were terrific. I would highly recommend this crew.
The worst moving company I've ever had!! The move was on January 12, 2017, a day that was Rain, Ice, Sleet & Snow. Some things were going into storage and the rest was going with me to my Townhouse. The day before I moved I had them come help pack~~HUGH MISTAKE!!! Things were just thrown in boxes, and while I was trying to help & watch one kid in my kitchen the other was in my bathroom (my private space) and my bedroom closet~~WT?? Things I had out on the kitchen counter to personally take with me were put in a box marked Kitchin (yes that how he spelled it) which included my phone book, coffee filters for the morning and other items I needed and it was put in Storage!! One box that I packed and clearly marked it's contents and wrote in Red "Take With to Townhouse" was put in storage. In it was cleaning supplies, my Iron and other Laundry Items. They even stole a prescription pain med that I keep on hand for when I have a Kidney Stone or my back goes out. When I reported this to Ben, he tells me they said they didn't take it!! Well Dahhh~~like they going to admit that they they stole my Norco's!!I had only lived in the house 7 months so things were still in boxes and I still had every box I moved in with and clearly marked what was in it and I also purchased more boxes myself just in case. I showed them my boxes for my stereo equipment which ended up in a unmarked box, and lord only know what they put in my stereo boxes. Then some guy shows up with more boxes the day of the move!! I didn't need more boxes if they had packed correctly the day before!!The Day of the move I received a phone call that they'd be late due to getting the ICE off the truck, which I found out didn't even have heat in it!! If this company had any kind of Customer Service they would of called and ask if I'd rather wait till the weather was better and rescheduled. Well they arrived at 8:55 a.m. Salt was put all over the porch, No runners were put down and the Brand New Carpet and Floors were trashed!! At approximately 10:40 I was told they were going on lunch break and would call me when they were on the way to the storage unit, in which I would meet them there. (I never had a moving company tell me they were taking a lunch break after 2 hours and 1/3 off the truck loaded) At approximately 12:10 they called, so over a hour wasted!!! Needless to say, they damaged a 4 year old bedroom set that was almost $4,000~~ had gouges in the footboard, head board, dresser top, and bottom on the right hand side, one drawer is broken on the Media Center, a $300 Metal Headboard with a gouge that was purchased with my bedroom set for the guest bedroom, box spring torn, kitchen chair leg all crapped up, Sofa Table, Coffee Table & Side Table all messed up, $400 Fairly New TV Stand all scratched up, which they came out and repaired with Black Shoe Polish!! A Piece of one of my vacuums is missing, and how in the world did my vacuum bags end up in my Nightstand?? I know they were in the box from the Coat Closet!!! Eleven months later and I'm still SICK over the unprofessional way they handle my personal belongings and the way Ben handle this, by refunding me a whole $150!! I believe most of their moving blankets were used on the ramp instead of my furniture, as they DO NOT WRAP ANYTHING!! Their Web Site said they were Insured, so where's the rest of the $$ for all the damaged the did??If you value your belongings that you worked hard for only to be ruined by this moving company and at 64 and retired can't replace "DO NOT USE MARCHING ANTS" and the kids they use!!!Your better off with Two Men & A Truck WHO DO USE RUNNERS AND WRAP YOUR FURNITURE!!!
