Billy goat was here to move some people into the Legacy apartments. They parked their trucks where the fire department needs to park when they come which they come almost every day for a resident. I kindly asked him if they would move their trucks down to the other end of the building, which is no far from the entrance of where then where they were parked they got very ugly and they refused to move. I can’t believe they had no concern and no compassion for senior citizens if they had Emergency, this was totally unnecessary for them to get so ugly and refuse. I will be talking to the manager and requesting that he asked people not to use Billy goat movers in the future because of this This problem

They gave me a few extra minutes when I was running behind, helped move my sauna and my couch, and even took the time to show me how to detach the back of the couch so I can sell it more easily. Twice in a little over a one year period I had a need for a moving company. First time was just me moving from a 2 bedroom, and the second time on 1/22/25 I needed to move my Mom into a home with me. The only times in my life I have used a moving service were both handled by Billy Goat moving company. I was happy with the service last year, and again this year I found myself reaching out to Billy goat, getting an immediate response, a rough quote, then an in-home visit to take a better inventory to build a better quote. Again, I was pleased with the service and speed of the service from quote to actual load and unload of a home.The on site moving crews are thoughtful, careful and communicative. They worked hard and swiftly, and asked questions when they had them.I have heard horror stories of moving companies, and thankfully, Billy Goat stands above their competition as an excellent and highly capable, competent and competitive pricing.Thanks Billy Goat!I'll call again if I need a moving service and give your name as a recommendation for my family and friends if they need a mover.
