Very challenging job, including installing a 1,200-pound oven on a base with difficult access due to soft ground. The team showed great perseverance and focus, took the time needed to do it right, and remained respectful and open to feedback throughout. Highly professional work.
The movers themselves were fine, but the office and scheduling staff are the reason for this review. I scheduled a 12:00pm arrival window and confirmed multiple times that showing up on time “wouldn’t be a problem.” I made it very clear I had somewhere to be afterward, and the office repeatedly reassured me.Despite that, the crew arrived approximately 3.5 hours late. They were running behind all day, yet the office continued telling me everything was on track instead of being honest about the delay. If you can’t meet a commitment, don’t promise that you can.During the move, one of my monitors was also damaged. When I called the office about the excessive delay, I was told they couldn’t offer any adjustment or resolution. No apology, no accountability, just a dismissive response after wasting my entire afternoon.The movers did their job, but the management clearly does not respect customers time or stand behind the service they sell. If transparency, reliability, or basic accountability matter to you, I would look elsewhere.
