We used Gentle Giant to move 10 pieces of furniture and 25 boxes from Massachusetts to Delray Beach, Florida. 2 items arrived damaged. The 2 men moving everything in were efficient and reported damaged items. Sarah from quality control contacted me right away and sent Chez from Florida office to get 2 pieces to repair. He came right away and took a piece of glass that was damaged. He also took a lamp, repaired it like new himself, and returned it a day or so later. It’s like new! New glass piece for my living room table was made and returned. Looks perfect. Thanks, Chez to you and your associates. Great work!

Highly recommend Bobby and his team! They are organized, efficient, and very nice. They handled our split move to an apartment and storage unit seamlessly. Everything arrived in perfect condition (nothing broken) and they left the place clean by throwing away all the boxes and packaging. Five stars!
