We have used so many different movers in the past and our experience with roadway doesn’t even compare with how incredible they were. The entire experience from beginning to end was incredible and so easy. We cannot recommend Roadway anymore and will never use another moving company. Eugenio, Manny and Landys helped us with our move and were so careful with all of our things not a single thing was chipped or broken. Truly the best moving company.
I absolutely had to write this review because my movers were incredible. Eugenio was the one in charge and his team: Landy’s, Alejandro, and Oneil were truly the dream team. They were so professional, so respectful, and treated every single one of my things as if they were their own. The attention to detail was unreal; they even wrapped my shoes individually so they wouldn’t get scratched. On top of being amazing at their job, they were genuinely such nice people with the best vibes, and they made a normally stressful process feel safe, organized, and surprisingly easy. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. If you’re moving, ask for Eugenio, Landys, Alejandro, and Oneil you will feel taken care of every step of the way, and you’ll understand why I’m telling everyone they were the best!!
We had an excellent experience with Roadway Moving. You literally get a whole team of Operations and Logistics to serve you.Their team was professional and very efficient. The move out was very fast considering everything that needed to be packed, and the move in was even faster. They also had the COI and everything we needed to comply with our building's move out policy.I had to change the inventory a couple of times before the move out date and their team was super accommodating.We moved interstate (from Florida to Texas) and I had a representative call or text me almost every day to give me updates. Everything took about 2.5 weeks to arrive. I did think it was going to be a little faster, but can't complain considering they saved us so much work. Would definitely recommend!
