Absolutely would NOT recommend this company — especially to military or veterans.Please see the images of our old home, for what they consider a “complete move” for $1700As a 100% disabled veteran, I’ve moved over 10 times in the last 8 years, and I have never had a moving experience this bad.We had a clear inventory of items that were supposed to be moved — including a mattress, a table with four chairs, outdoor seating, and several other pieces. 5–6 of those items were never moved at all. After 6.5 hours of work, the crew didn’t even come close to completing what was quoted.My wife was practically forced to sign and pay because the crew would not leave until she did. That alone is unacceptable. And I was told by the on-site representative that the movers spent a lot of time “talking” and “milking the clock.” After seeing the lack of progress, that checks out.I came home expecting to see our house mostly empty — instead, there was still a ton of furniture sitting exactly where it was.Now I have to hire another company to finish the job we already paid $1,700 for. When I brought up these issues, the owner refused to take any responsibility and kept repeating, “you signed,” ignoring the fact that my wife felt pressured and stuck.This was honestly one of the most frustrating moving experiences I’ve ever had.10/10 do NOT recommend. Military families and veterans — save yourself the headache and go with literally anyone else.
