My wife and I are the biggest skeptics in the country, having been ripped off in a bait and switch by a Florida moving company in 2024. We moved at that time from California to Texas and hadn't recovered from that swindle when we were forced to move back to California in 2025. We contacted over a dozen moving companies before deciding on North American in October 2025. The move happened in November 2025 and we are still amazed at the results. Kris and Crystal coordinated the perfect move and thank God they sent Jorge to drive and handle the venture. He brought great crews to westTexas and northern California and the move couldn't have gone smoother. Jorge maneuvered the gigantic truck inside the small entrance to our Texas complex like he was riding a bicycle and kept us in good hands between there and California. The fixed price did not change and we couldn't be happier. North American is now our moving company for life. Thank you!

AVOID this firm like the plague. Wish could give 0 stars. I purchased the add'l $1000+ insurance to protect my goods yet they refuse to correct their mistakes, including their movers destroying an interior door to my home and dropping a new $2500 safe on the ground, making the door inoperable, claiming that since it had a small scratch on the side that it was pre-existing damage. Now I need to file a lawsuit against them. BBB claim made, disputed the charge, will contact the state AG later, and if they don't fix by Friday, will file a lawsuit.

Our move went well. Brighton was polite and knowledgeable. We did have one issue in which something was put on the truck that we specifically said should not go. Other than that, all was good.
