I had a great experience with this moving company. The movers were efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and that the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better transition and would absolutely recommend them.
We would highly recommend Gallo. We were apprehensive about moving a 3000 sq ft house to storage. So much so that we visited the site before we hired them. This was all new to us. Part of the move also included moving furniture to a temporary apartment. From the estimate with Steve, to our great moving team led by Mike Forbes, Tyler Trahan, and Jerrell Arefein we couldn’t have been happier with the care they took. We opted to move some items ourselves again not knowing how it would proceed. We won’t do that for the next move to a new home. We will use Mike and his team to do it all. We are very picky to put it nicely. They exceeded our expectations.
Gallo is the best. Brian McGowan is always spot-on with his quotes, and the office staff are so friendly and helpful. The movers (Mike, Tony, Joe, and Dave) truly go above and beyond. I would never hire anyone else to move my things. They make the process as stress-free as possible!
Chris came and did the quote promptly. I didn’t have to enter all of my belongings through a website. He did it all for me during a walkthrough with an iPad. When moving day came, Mike and his crew were absolutely wonderful both during the loading and unloading phases. I couldn’t have done it by myself and I’m so thankful for their expertise and their kindness. Thank you all so much!
Gallo Moving & Storage is a team of absolute professionals. Their white glove service is truly impressive. From the quoting process to delivery they are fantastic. I have spoken with Chris H. several times and he has a wealth of knowledge and is very easy to talk to.Update: I used Gallo again (2022) and they were fantastic. My parents also used them with a recent move and were completely blown away by their ability to move the furniture out of their current home and into their new home. They were AWESOME!
