Completely professional from start to finish. Came into town to pick up a very heavy antique cabinet. The guys met me on time , wrapped and loaded the piece for me. Very personable group of guys! Awesome experience! I will use them again when I come in town.
An Honest CompanyThis company did an amazing job getting me relocated. The movers Wesley and Luke (A true dream team) were on time, they worked at an appropriate pace, they handled my items with care, and didn’t scuff up my walls moving me into my new place. My ending cost was relatively close to my estimate and over all it was a smooth experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is not in the mood to be ripped off or have your furniture torn up. Thanks 3P for great moving experience.
I would not recommend 3P615 Movers. They were very kind and polite at the beginning and gave us a great first impression when providing the quote. However, the actual moving experience was completely different.They highly underestimated the time required to move our home, and they ended up needing an extra truck at the last minute. These mistakes made our move much more expensive than expected. With the second truck, the process took even longer because items had to be moved from one truck to another due to weight issues — something that showed a lack of experience. I can overlook inexperience, but not what happened with the delivery.One of the trucks had a tear on the roof, and some of our boxes got wet. Thankfully nothing valuable was damaged, but still unacceptable.What truly led me to write this negative review is their handling of the insurance claim. We purchased extra protection, and when we reached out for repairs or compensation, it took them forever to respond. It felt like they were ghosting us, and after more than three months, we still haven’t gotten the repairs. We ended uofixing the sofa ourselfs and it was so easy as to buy sofa legs on Amazon, that it eas truly not worth for them not to solve it and end up with an unhappy customer.Because of all this, I cannot recommend this moving company to anyone.
Im so frustrated with this place- when i moved in they quoted me $750 they charged me $1750. Then they have an option to put your stuff in storage so i utilized that. They then tell me that the storage unit they will match the price, they didn't. They charged me $500 so i immediately called and told them im moving it out. So i leave a review they tell me to just please remove the review they didn't vAre at this point if i paid ot not but to take it down. So i did, fast forward to today trying to get the stuff out of storage they tell me I owe them $900 before i can get my things. They lie do not trust this company. I've attached below a copy of invoice after they said they would match a price in the area-- they felt like charging me for 2 storage units. I moved my stuff out and got it in 1 storage unit for $175 a month. It didn't need to go in 2 units.
