Extensive Damage, Dishonesty, and Zero AccountabilityThis was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.The movers caused over $3,000 in damage to my belongings and home, then lied about it. A computer monitor that I specifically told them not to touch was dropped right in front of me—and when I pointed it out, they claimed I was lying. That alone destroyed any trust. It only got worse from there:My mattress protector was ripped, and the mattress itself was dragged on the ground outsideA dresser was cracked and damagedMultiple dishes were broken, despite being clearly labeled and packed extremely wellWalls and floors were scratched up from careless handlingWhen I raised these issues, I was told they would contact their insurance. That never happened. No follow-up. No accountability. No effort to make things right.Mistakes happen—but lying, denying obvious damage, and then disappearing is completely unacceptable. If you care about your belongings or your home, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Major responded immediately and his crew arrived the next day. We had an emergency situation where we needed a baby grand piano moved from one room to the next. They were efficient, pleasant guys. I highly recommend Veteran Movers.
This company exceeded my expectations which is rare. The customer service was SUPERB! I'm not someone who gives praise lightly but Major worked with me through bad weather delays and on the ground logistic changes. If I had to move anything again this would be my first call. The movers, Duke and Clayton, put me at ease immediately with their good humor and helpful manner. They are experts at not scratching up walls or damaging furniture. My experience with the company and personnel was excellent. 5 stars!
Had the greatest experience with these movers. Very polite and professional. They asked me where I wanted my items and allowed me time to go through them. At the end of the unloading process they even took the extra upstairs boxes I found, up for me. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Major the boss man had great customer service and patience. He answered any questions we had and if he didn’t have the answer he found it in less than 2 minutes. Clayton was a blessing of a delivery driver and unfortunately I did not get the other young man’s name but he was very efficient!
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this moving company and strongly do not recommend their services. From the very beginning, it was clear this team was unprofessional and careless. They arrived late, worked extremely slowly, and even smelled strongly of marijuana, which was alarming and completely inappropriate for a professional setting. The damage they caused was extensive—they ruined our floors, scratched and mishandled our furniture, and even broke our mailbox, which will cost over $1,000 to replace since it's part of a standardized gated community system. This is not a minor fix, and it’s something only our HOA management can handle. What made the situation worse was the lack of responsibility and poor communication from the owner or manager. Rather than addressing the damages, they were aggressive, uncooperative, and repeatedly demanded money, even while we were trying to discuss the issues they caused. It was clear they had no intention of making things right.Their packing and storage practices were also unacceptable. They did not wrap a single item—we had to wrap all our own artwork, frames, and fragile belongings ourselves. Furniture was carelessly thrown into the storage unit with no protection, leaving many items vulnerable to damage. Even worse, two valuable items were missing after the move. We only recovered them after repeatedly inquiring—turns out they were still on their truck, either forgotten or deliberately kept.Overall, it was a complete disaster. We were left with damaged property, unnecessary stress, and zero accountability. It’s hard to believe their claim of being a veteran-owned company given how unethically they operate.Save yourself the trouble and hire a reputable, professional company instead. This was by far the worst moving experience we've ever had.
