This is my third time using Brother Movers, and they continue to impress me every single time. I recommend them to all my family and friends because they are not only affordable, but they also do an amazing job. The team is super efficient, fast, and extremely careful with your belongings. They wrap everything properly and handle your items like they were their own, which gives you a lot of peace of mind during a move. What really stood out this time was how quickly they worked. They had to go to three different locations and still managed to finish everything in just 3 hours. That’s especially impressive considering it was peak traffic time in San Jose from around 4pm–7pm. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, careful, efficient, and reasonably priced, I highly recommend Brother Movers. I’ll definitely keep using them for future moves.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure I gave these movers the credit they deserve. I had a fantastic experience with Brother Movers team for my local move back in Sep '25! The front desk lady was very helpful in providing all the necessary pricing/availability info upfront. The team was very punctual. They showed up right on time, hit the ground running, and were incredibly well-prepared. What really stood out was their professionalism and respect for their client's space and goods. Despite a bit of a language barrier, the team was very friendly and helpful. They were careful with every single box and piece of furniture, ensuring nothing was damaged.They also took care of the property while packing and moving stuffs. I also have to give them huge credit for few specific things: Flexibility: I had a few last-minute adjustments to the move, and they accommodated without any hassle. Pet-Friendliness: They were very considerate of my dog being on the premises, which made the day much less stressful. Their rates were very reasonable for such high-quality service. If you want a moving crew that is hardworking, careful, and kind, I highly recommend them!

We were recommended Brother Movers by our neighbors and friends. Johnny and two other movers were prompt, worked hard and efficiently, took great care to wrap our furniture and protecting walls/corners and the floor. Booking communication started on their website and then through e-mail. Pricing (including vehicle fee, expected tip, etc.) was given up front so there were no surprises. Cash only. People might frown on this but we are hiring Brother Movers because they are affordable and good. It is what it is. Johnny was able to communicate with us freely and while the two other movers did not speak English, we were able to communicate using a translation app when needed. They were very careful to have us double check our home, placement of furniture and the truck to ensure nothing was left behind or not as we had wanted. I felt bad because I decided later to have the sofa sets swapped between the living room and family room and they had no issues doing that for us. I have used movers before of varying ages and ability, some who chain smokers and took breaks often. Brother Movers worked for 4.5 hours without a break (other than driving 25 minutes to the new home) and were a pleasure to work with. Would happily use their services again and would request Johnny.

Had an excellent experience with this packers and movers team. They were punctual, professional, and took great care in packing and transporting all items safely. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff were polite, responsive, and made sure everything reached the destination in perfect condition. I’d highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy movers.
