Step by Step moved us from the DFW area to Washington state and did a stellar job! They moved our possessions to storage while we looked for a new house and then the owner Rusty and a companion brought out items and unloaded it in Washington. How many companies have the owner on site for a move? Amazing!!! All of our furniture and boxes arrived cross country with no damage. When they realized they forgot a bracket needed to mount a mirror, they went to a neaeby Lowe's to get a bracket to rectify the situation. The crew on both ends were friendly and efficient and Katrina was great to deal with on the business end of things. Step by Step is definitely the best moving company I have ever used and I can't recommend them enough!
My crew Don and Rustin were quick and made our move easy and simple. They made an otherwise long and crazy day easy and very tolerable. Hire these guys and request Don and Rustin specifically they were AMAZING.
